No Roll Sugar Cookies
These sugar cookies are so crisp and flaky! And best of all, they're easy to make as you don't have to refrigerate and roll them out. Of course something this good cannot be good for you, but they taste wonderful!!
1 cup whipped butter
1 cup cooking oil
1 cup sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 teasp cream of tartar
1 teasp soda
1 teasp salt
1 teasp vanilla
4 cups flour
Mix all ingredients. Drop small spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Flatten with a fork or bottom of a glass. Top each cookie with sugar. Bake at 350-degrees for about 12 minutes. Makes 5 dozen
Enjoy!
