Zillions of Zucchini


We recently found ourselves with an abundance of zucchini.  So I've been searching for new ways to serve it.  We've had zucchini raw, steamed, baked in ten loaves of bread, and Pizza Zucchini Boats.  But my favorite new zucchini recipe was Creamy Corn & Zucchini by Kraftfoods.  I did substitute non-name brands that I had in my cupboard.  I also used a red onion and skipped the cilantro because I didn't have any.  It was relatively easy to make and tasted great!  I recommend it.  Click the colored links to check out the recipes.
