As part of our Galloping the Globe study, we enjoyed the book Look What Came from France by Miles Harvey.  We especially liked the recipe in the back for this wonderful Chocolate Mousse...

We've used several of the books in this series.  The kids especially like the page in the back that tells "Look What Doesn't Come From....."  I too have been surprised by these revelations.
