White Cheddar Garlic Mashed Potatoes


Boil desired amount of red potatoes with skins on. I used approx. 4-5 lbs.

Drain water and add:

1 stick butter
1 - 2 cups milk
2 bulbs fresh garlic crushed
white cheddar cheese shredded
salt and pepper to taste

Beat on medium speed with mixer to desired consistency.

I served it with steamed broccoli and BBQ pulled pork on a whole wheat bun...
